You win, it's really him. He performed this live on the show America's Got Talent, and this looks like a video version of what "the Hoff" did live on tv. Phil and I just wondered when we saw him on TV if that was lip synching. Still not sure about that part. But that is him, no question! I hadn't seen the video yet.
